Diverse Media

I’m trying to follow more women, trans people, non-binary people, and people of color in the media that I watch, read, listen to, etc. Here are some that I want to share:

BIPOC

Natalie Lawyer Chick

YouTuber and public defender from Maryland that offers opinion and commentary on law-adjacent topics. I especially enjoyed her explanation of her defense in her defamation case in Michigan.

Non-Binary

Trans

Women

Ann Reardon (How to Cook That)

Food scientist, baking pro,YouTuber, and educator. In addition to her original baking content, she helps debunk ‘hack’ and ‘tutorial’ junk from other videos that range from silly lies to dangerous techniques and is an outspoken advocate for safety and removal of harmful content on YouTube.

Shelbizleee

LGBTQ+ environmentalist, educator, and waste-reduction advocate/influencer. Takes a non-abrasive approach to educating viewers about sustainability and alternatives to everyday items that can improve our footprints.
